Standard DDP Coverage: Standard import duties and taxes are fully covered and prepaid by CotaJewelry. No additional fees will be charged under normal delivery conditions.
Recipient Responsibility: In rare cases where the destination country enforces strict local regulations requiring the recipient to handle customs clearance personally, any specific local administrative fees or taxes incurred will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
Non-Refundable Condition: If a package is abandoned, destroyed, or returned by local authorities because the recipient refuses or fails to cooperate with the required customs clearance process, no refund will be issued.
